Best Tips For Overcoming Your Fitness Excuses.


When we want to lose weight and get fit, we sometimes aim for quick fix methods, and I swear, there are thousands upon thousands of lose-fat-fast fitness Dvd's, exercise  tips and advice out there. Who doesn't want things done quick, after all we are living in a fast-paced world. I too want to look good,  look younger and sexy quick. Oh, I have to confess too, I once fell for a get rich quick scam. So welcome to getting things done quick era!

But, we won't delude ourselves here by wanting to melt and shred those extra pounds by adhering to a lose-weight quick method. It doesn't work. Yep, for some it works for some months or so, and they end up piling up the extra pounds they quickly lost. There is a science behind this and to be honest, am not going to sit here and point it out. This is not the purpose of this blog. I on a mission here and that is to help you ditch your fitness excuses for not working out.

Our body easily stores fats than it burns. I know this much.  Don't ask me the science behind this!

Wanting to be fit and healthy comes with some form of sacrifice. You have to be willing to discipline yourself enough, set a realistic goal and remain committed to it in order to reap the long time benefit of exercising, for exercise comes with enormous health benefits. You also have to write down your excuses, define them, face them, and defeat them. Well, that's the purpose of this blog; dragging out our annoying fitness excuses,  jumping on top of them, squashing and destroying them.
