The Best Fitness Motivation

When we want to exercise, we usually come up with millions of excuses. There are some days we just don't want to get up from our warm bed, from our habitual routines to workout. We invent excuses. Who doesn't want to? To be honest, our excuses at times sounds reasonable to our ears. Sure they do! But, one thing we need  to have in the back of our mind is that, our excuses won't relieve us of the accumulated stress we release when we exercise.

The health benefits of exercise is enormous and well documented. It's not a hogwash.  If you need any form of motivation to workout and to bust your fitness excuses, simply think of how good you will feel after working out, how proud and satisfy you will feel also. And don't forget  the post-exercise high, it's worth working out for.

How To Overcome Your Fitness Excuses.

We all have excuses for not working out, exercising and for compromising our health. There is always the -"I will start exercising tomorrow syndrome".  It has no cure! The excuses are endless, some can even make us pass out or faint with laughter. No matter what fitness excuses we come up with, there is one thing at stake and that is our health.

Fitness has a lot of tremendous health benefits besides losing and maintaining our weight. We feel stronger, healthier, refreshed, motivated, confident and vibrant when we engage in a fitness and physical activity. Now, there is just a little price to pay in order to achieve all these fantastic health benefits, but most of us are drowning out these health benefits with our excuses.

How many fitness excuses have we not invented in order to avoid working out?  We get so creative in inventing these excuses that our Imagination ends up running wild, and  it helps us in conjuring more and more excuses. I can count out the ones I have heard. I won't enumerate them here today anyway since am saving these fitness excuses for better days and another post. But, mind you, whatever your excuses are for not working out and creating the best version of yourself and for compromising your health, know that you can somehow overcome these addictive excuses by only trying to  be fit.

You are worth it.
